Sterchele Group Products Compliant with CAM
A concrete step by StercheleGroup towards the circular economy and sustainability

CAM certifications (Minimum Environmental Criteria) represent StercheleGroup’s tangible commitment to the circular economy and sustainability, within a strategy grounded in environmental standards and responsible practices.
The CAM requirements, developed by the Ministry for Ecological Transition, promote the use of sustainable solutions and products, positively impacting concrete prefabricated elements, such as PREM beams and PANUS columns, which are continuously produced in compliance with the “CAM Requirements.”
Requirements for obtaining CAM Certifications
The CAM standards require a total content of at least 5% by weight of recycled and/or recovered materials and/or by-products, including Cement, Aggregates, and Steel, ensured through the strict selection and traceability of certified suppliers and raw materials.

StercheleGroup handles this systematic process under the control of TUV Italia S.r.l., a notified body, which certifies compliance with CAM and UNI PdR/88.
The procedure not only reduces the extraction of virgin materials and landfill disposal, but also enables each customer to meet the specific requirements of environmental protocols, while also fulfilling the reward criteria with higher percentages of recycled material. This highlights StercheleGroup’s commitment to a comprehensive vision of sustainability and a more conscientious circular economy.
